Happy Valentine's Day!

Hehe.......

today super happy!!

went Metro Prima to meet my primary skol bestie <3

*dang dang dang*

PUI KWAN 

She's still the same......=)) a bit too soft though.....haha

And.............

we had this valentine's lovely set LOL

the original deluxe set without dumplings (mind you 6 pieces!! =OO) and desserts, drinks would hv cost u RM59.90.

And this set only RM49.90   =DDDDDDDDDD

With typical AUNTIE mindset *calculative* hahahaha we chose this ==

i was a bit dubious when pui kwan asked to change our original order to this set.........

cause she looks tiny, skinny and soft in every way.....

a lottttttttttt of meat 

full of proteins......

honeydew 'sai mai lou' =)))

 haha........we really eat a lot, summore their drinks was quite big......

Lesson learnt: never underestimate tiny, skinny, soft people =OO

and we had fun playing with food hahahah

took few hours makan,

chatting and sharing our current study life and together we recalled back all those funny moments we had during primary school time.......

And she brought me around metro prima area shopping!!!!! =DDDD

we were sooooo close and we never realised.......

for the entire 6 years,

we never really mix with other friends/gang but each other,

kneel down in corridor finish hmwk together,

skipping & stepping rope together,

and i called her almost every night to ask abt hmwk (haha her mom didn't like me much i bet == )

panic together everytime when school reopen day is getting near (never finish hmwk early =p ) 

visit each other's house and play with her pet (chicken hahaha and kena 'diok'  )

enjoy her mom's homemade pudding ( don't really like pudding but her mom made awesome chewy longan pudding!!!!! )

and..........

toilet together  LOL

it has been 14 years we know each other =OOOOOO

mustttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt keep in touch!!!

and i don't know why but i just feel our friendship is so easy, happy, pure and i have no burden hanging around with her =)))

recepi 

Mississippi mud cake

250g butter
150g dark chocolate, chopped
2 cups of sugar ( i think 1.5cup okay jor.. or 1.3 cup)
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp dry instant coffee
1/3 cup whisky ( i put rum. cz i dun have whisky)
1.5 cups plain flour
1/4 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs, lightly beaten

grease 23cm pan, line base with paper, grease paper

combine butter, chocolate, sugar, water, whisky and coffee in double saucepan or in heatproof bowl, stir over hot water until chocolate is melted and mixture smooth. cool to luke warm. 

transfer mixture to large bowl, stir in sifted flours and cocoa, then eggs. 

pour into prepared pan. bake in 170 Celsius for 1 1/4hours. 
stand 10minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.
